Preview is not the final product, we will process the image and send you a confirmation on the look before printing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Vendor strives to complete your Project within a reasonable time frame. Our standard
turnaround time is 5 days to 2 weeks (excluding weekends and federal holiday) from the date of
Agreement execution. The Vendor will make every attempt to meet the Project completion date.
Complicated and large projects will require additional time. The Vendor will promptly communicate
any delays, foreseen or sporadic. Projects that require a turnaround time sooner that our standard
turnaround time will be subjected to a reasonable fee.
Ordering Process
Client shall supply accurate and finalized design and product requirements, including but not
limited to product, size, color, quantities. The Client shall submit artwork and files to
admin@seventhirtypro.com. All files for printing shall be submitted as a .png or .ai file, 300dpi with
a transparent background. If any other file type is provided, the order will be placed on hold until the
appropriate file is supplied. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure the correct file format is sent to Vendor for printing. The Vendor takes no responsibility for the printing of the final product if low
resolution or corrupted files are provided. In the event a file does not meet the requirements, the
Vendor may reach out to the Client for corrections. Pending term limit of this agreement, the Client
have 8 hours (2 hours for Rush Orders) to correct and provide the proper file for printing or
completing the revision in a reasonable time and with due diligence. The Vendor reserves the right
to charge an appropriate fee for subsequent revision requests and changes.
Modifications
Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Vendor will thoroughly document, status, and obtain
approval of the Scope of Work for the Client. At this time, the Vendor could make suggestions to
aspects of the requested work. In the event modifications are suggested, the Vendor shall make
every effort to ensure products remain original to the Clients' custom order and will require written
approval by the Client before proceeding. Should the Client reject the suggestions provided by the
Vendor, the Client accepts the product as-is. Any modifications to the order after the execution of
the Agreement are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on ability to approve on a case-by-case
basis. There are no modifications accepted within 24 hours after execution of this Agreement
Delivery of Work
After the fulfillment of the work, the Clients shall examine the work and notify the Vendorwithin 3
days of receipt, if there is suspected error. If the Vendor confirms the error is valid, the Vendor shall
not charge any fee for revision. The Vendor is responsible for completing the revision in a
reasonable time and with due diligence.
Non-Commercial Production Disclaimer
The Client understands that the Vendor is not a commercial production company, and everything
made with the Vendor is considered "handmade". The Vendor will make every attempt to ensure
uniform production however slight variations may occur across production of goods, including but
not limited to color, size, texture, materials, etc
Copyright Ownership, Intellectual Property, and Marketing
When submitting files for production, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the appropriate
right to use the file(s) or art has been obtained. The Vendor holder no responsibility for misuse of
files or art and any conflicts shall be resolved with the license holder and the Client. The Vendor
takes no ownership of intellectual property for files or artwork, unless original files or art is modified
by the Vendor. The Client confirms that the Vendor may request written permission to use product
photos for marketing and files or art for further production
Confidentiality
Any information that the Party may acquire through the effectiveness of this Agreement shall be
recognized as Confidential Information. The Party holding the confidential information shall keep
strictly confidential and shall not disclose to third parties except when required by law or court
order. No party is allowed to sell, release, share or otherwise disclose to third parties any
confidential information without the consent of the other party

100% cotton, Machine wash cold inside out, do not dry clean, tumble dry low, iron inside out.

All Shirts are printed, pressed, packed and shipped in-house.
