Store Timing

  • Shortest recommended open period is 2 to 3 weeks
  • Stores can be launched within 24 hours after product approval
  • Stores can remain open for a set period or continue longer based on your needs
  • New items can be added after launch

Products That Can Be Hosted

All products can be hosted in the store, including apparel and custom add-on products. This gives you flexibility to build a store that fits your audience, fundraising goals, and organization needs.

Pricing, Fundraising, and Fees

The customer hosting the store sets the sale price. We also provide suggested sale pricing if needed.

The difference between the product cost and the sale price is what is distributed to the store host.

Chipply charges a processing fee for online stores. This fee can either be absorbed by the host or passed on to the customer placing the order. In most cases, hosts choose to pass this fee on to the customer since processing and handling fees are common in online purchasing.

For nonprofit PTAs, hosting a store can also help preserve a tax-free event that might otherwise be used on a bulk apparel order.

Design Services

We include simple apparel design production at no additional charge, and the design fee is already built into the pricing shown on our pricing guide.

More complex design work and additional revisions are available for an additional fee.

How Orders Are Fulfilled

Customers place and pay for their orders directly through the online store.

Orders can be handled in one of two ways:

  • Batch delivery to the school, organization, or host
  • Direct shipping to the customer's home

Batch orders are delivered directly to the school or organization.

Individual Packaging Option

Individual packaging is available for $1.50 per order. The store host can choose to absorb this fee or pass it on to the purchaser.

For schools, individual packaging includes student or customer name, teacher name, and grade, with orders sorted by grade for easier distribution.

For nonprofits, teams, and small businesses, orders can be packaged by name or other preferred distribution method.

Marketing Support

Every hosted store includes a flyer, QR code, personalized link, and admin dashboard access.

All spirit wear agreements also include social media graphics to help support promotion of the store.
