Embroidery Process
At SevenThirty Pro, our embroidery process is designed to keep orders efficient, clear, and high quality.
Step 1: Embroidery-Ready File
The fastest way to move into production is if you already have an embroidery-ready file.
We accept:
- .EXP
- .EMB
- .DST
- .PES
If you already have one of these file types, turnaround is typically quicker.
Step 2: Digitizing
If you do not already have an embroidery file, your design will need to be digitized.
Digitizing is a one-time fee, and once completed, we will keep the file on record for future orders placed with SevenThirty Pro.
If you would like to purchase the completed embroidery file for your own records, that option is available. Otherwise, the file remains on file with us for future use.
Accepted Artwork for Digitizing
To digitize your logo or design, we prefer one of the following:
- High-resolution SVG preferred
- Native file such as Canva link or .AI
- PNG
Artwork Conversion
If you do not have a high-resolution SVG, native file, or usable PNG, artwork conversion may be required before digitizing.
This conversion includes a fee and helps ensure your design is clean, usable, and suitable for embroidery production.
This is especially important for AI-generated graphics, which often require cleanup before they can be embroidered properly.
AI-Generated Artwork
If your design was created using AI, your file must be exported in a clean, production-ready format before we can evaluate it for embroidery.
Use this prompt with your AI platform when exporting:
export as Ultra high resolution, 8K+, 300 DPI, print-ready. Sharp focus, no blur or noise. Centered with generous safe margin. Solid white background, no gradients, borders, or watermarks. Clean, bold shapes, isolated subject. Strong highlights, high contrast, deep depth. No shadows for easy background removal. Optimized for large format printing.
Please note that even with this prompt, additional cleanup or conversion may still be required depending on the file quality.
Embroidery Pricing
Embroidery fees start at:
- $15.00 per item for products purchased through SevenThirty Pro
- $18.00 per item for customer-supplied products
Final pricing may vary depending on stitch count, placement, garment type, and file readiness.
Customer-Supplied Items Policy
We prefer that customers purchase products through SevenThirty Pro whenever possible.
If you choose to supply your own item, please note:
- We do not embroider on items valued higher than the cost of the embroidery without a signed waiver
- The waiver confirms that you understand there is always some risk when working with customer-supplied goods
- We follow our standard quality checks and production procedures, but machine issues can occasionally occur without warning
For customer-supplied items, you must also provide one of the following:
- A backup item
- A direct link to the exact item
- A link to an equivalent replacement item
This protects both parties in the event an issue occurs during production.
Our Recommendation
For the smoothest process, best pricing, and lowest risk, we strongly recommend purchasing your embroidery items directly through SevenThirty Pro.
